Brian R. Sachs, Managing Partner
Brian Sachs is committed to serving those people who were injured or died as a result of the negligence of others. Throughout his career he has worked diligently toward this goal.
Brian began his practice of law as staff counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in New York State. He was promoted soon after to trial counsel and was responsible for resolving some of the most significant cases for his firm. In 2000, Mr. Sachs decided to utilize his defense experience to become an advocate for those individuals and families injured in accidents. By 2002 he had become the managing attorney and lead counsel of an established personal injury firm. In 2006, he was elected to become a partner at a regional personal injury firm, focusing his attention on personally handling those cases with the most significant injuries. In 2008, Brian leveraged his in-depth understanding of insurance company procedures, his knowledge and expertise of plaintiff’s personal injury claims, and his skill in both litigation and case management, and started his own practice – The Sachs Firm – with the ultimate goal of providing each and every client with his personal attention.
Brian is an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
On a personal note, Brian Sachs was born on Long Island in 1969 and raised in Manhattan. He attended Boston University and earned his B.A. / B.S. degree in 1991, graduating with honors. Brian received an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami in 1992, again receiving honors. He graduated from the prestigious Fordham University in 1996 with a Juris Doctor degree where he received the Archibald R. Murray award for public service.
Brian Sachs is married and has two daughters.

Justin Blash, Of Counsel
Justin Blash earned his JD from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1995. After working as both a plaintiff’s personal injury advocate and in house for a liability insurance carrier, he returned to Georgetown University’s Law Center and earned an LL.M. focused on advocacy in 1999. After working and trying cases on both sides, Justin opened his own office in 2007.
Having taken well over a hundred trial verdicts with injuries ranging from soft tissue to death in motor vehicle, premises, medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights violation, and Police cases throughout his career, Justin is very comfortable in the courtroom. Every client prepares for trial with Justin until they feel ready and comfortable telling a jury what happened to them.
As an experienced motorcycle rider, Justin understands the challenges faced by motorcyclists both on the road and in the courtroom.
Stacy Baden, Of Counsel
Stacy Baden graduated from Touro Law School in 1997 and has dedicated her career to injury victims. While in school, Stacy worked at the Department of Investigation as well as a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. After graduating, Stacy spent 20 years working with injury victims handling medical malpractice cases, motor vehicle accidents cases, slip/trip and fall cases, and estate matters, as well as numerous appeals.
Stacy focuses on case overview and management. All medical malpractice cases are handled exclusively by Stacy. She handles cases from inception through trial and always keeps the clients informed every step of the way.
